What We Manufacture
We specialise in handmade confectionery and baked goods, produced by skilled artisans using traditional methods in our Glasgow factory. Our contract manufacturing covers:
Scottish Tablet
Traditional recipe, handmade in open pan boilers. Original and flavoured varieties. We also produce tablet inclusions engineered specifically for ice cream manufacturers — see below.
Butter Fudge
Slow-cooked with natural flavours — real chocolate, vanilla pods, essential oils. Multiple flavour options.
Handmade Meringues
Hand-piped from pasteurised free range egg white. Shells, nests and piped varieties for retail, food service and wholesale. Bulk and food service packing available.
Oat Bars & Flapjacks
Hand-rolled oat bites and bars in a range of flavours. Proven recipes ready for your brand, or bespoke development to your brief.
Coconut Macaroon
Hand-toasted coconut with sweet fondant centre. A Scottish classic.
Coconut Snowballs
Chocolate-enrobed and hand-rolled in desiccated coconut. Individually wrapped or bulk packed.

Tablet Inclusions for Ice Cream Manufacturers
We supply tablet inclusions to some of Scotland's best-known ice cream manufacturers and wholesale distributors. But we didn't just send them standard tablet — we visited their manufacturing plants, studied how ingredients move through their production lines and pipework, identified the problems they were having, and then engineered a tablet product specifically designed to flow through their process without issues.

Trial Production

Once approved, we schedule regular production runs to suit your demand. We scale alongside you — from small trial runs to regular large-volume orders. Flexible batch sizes, reliable lead times, complete confidentiality.

Case Study: From Startup to £1.5M in Retail Sales
We partnered with a Scottish oat bar startup from day one — developing the recipe, manufacturing and packing their full range. We scaled production alongside them as they grew from launch to over £1.5 million in annual retail sales, supplying major UK supermarkets.
